Saturday & early Friday drive-thru services now available at ALL branches, thanks to our Interactive Teller Machines.

You may have noticed our interactive teller machines (ITMs) in the drive-thru lanes at each of our branches. An ITM is an upgraded version of an ATM with self-service AND face-to-face, on-screen teller services. Our Live Teller services are available at ALL Homebase ITMs during regular business hours, including 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturdays, and Fridays starting at 7:30 AM!

How does it work?

Touch the ITM screen to begin your banking service. Next, you’ll have the option to press the “Request Teller Assistance” button to speak with a Live Teller via video.

Request live teller assistance at any time during a self-service transaction. Simply press the “Help” button at the lower left of the screen.

THEN
Following either of these options, a Live Teller will appear onscreen to assist you.

What can you do at an ITM?

Using your debit card for self-service:
Cash withdrawals
Cash deposits
Multiple check deposits
Balance inquiries
View up to your last 10 transactions in the “Statement feature”
Transfer funds between your savings and checking accounts

With Live Teller services:

Homebase Live Teller employees can assist you with the same transactions as if you were in the branch, including:
Cash withdrawals
Check deposits and check cashing
Loan payments
Transfers between accounts
Account questions and support

Board Nominations Notice

Our Annual Member Meeting, to be held at 5:30 PM on April 23, 2026 at the Hopewell Moose Lodge, will include elections to the Homebase Credit Union Board of Directors. At this time, Eric Palco’s board term is expiring. The Nominating Committee has re-nominated Mr. Palco to serve another 3-year term.

In accordance with Homebase Credit Union bylaws, additional nominees may be brought forward by emailing [email protected] by April 13, 2026. Nominees must be interviewed by the Nominating Committee, and meet the following qualifications:

Must be a member of Homebase before ballots are distributed
Be at least 18 years old
Not be disqualified under federal law, cannot have been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust
Be willing to serve, be responsive to communication, and attend monthly board meetings
Cannot be a paid employee of the credit union
Cannot be an immediate family member of a current board member or employee
