Dinner reservations are $5 per person. Homebase will match all contributions and donate to the Chesterfield Food Bank Outreach Center. Simply call (804) 452-0736 or visit a branch and ask a team member to register you! There is no charge to attend the meeting only.

Board Nomination Notice

Our Annual Member Meeting will include elections to the Homebase Credit Union Board of Directors. At this time, Eric Palco’s board term is expiring. The Nominating Committee has re-nominated Mr. Palco to serve another 3-year term.

In accordance with Homebase Credit Union bylaws, additional nominees may be brought forward by emailing [email protected] by April 13, 2026. Nominees must be interviewed by the Nominating Committee, and meet the following qualifications:

Must be a member of Homebase before ballots are distributed
Be at least 18 years old
Not be disqualified under federal law, cannot have been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust
Be willing to serve, be responsive to communication, and attend monthly board meetings
Cannot be a paid employee of the credit union
Cannot be an immediate family member of a current board member or employee
