Sometimes, your email program (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) decides that mail from fortleecu.org is spam/junk, even if you’ve opted in to receive emails from Homebase Credit Union. Whitelisting Homebase Credit Union as an email sender will help ensure that you continue to receive the emails you’ve signed up for. The process for doing so is slightly different for each different email program and service.

Try this first: Always whitelist emails in your spam/junk mail folder. If you find an email in your spam folder that is not spam, always take a moment to mark it as “not spam” or “not junk”. This automatically tells your email program to add the sender to your whitelist.

Advanced questions: If you use a service not listed here or have additional questions, please conduct a web search to find whitelisting instructions for your particular service.
