Fort Lee Federal Credit Union offers “Excellence in Leadership” Scholarships each spring, awarding funds to four graduating seniors within our membership. Students submit applications and are judged anonymously on factors including academic merit, personal achievements, demonstrated leadership experience, extra-curricular involvement and work experience. We are proud to announce the 2022 winners:

Grace Smith, $2,500 Scholarship Recipient
A graduate of Appomattox Regional Governor’s School, Miss Smith plans to attend James Madison University, with an undecided major.

Claire Culbreath, $1,000 Scholarship Recipient
Miss Culbreath graduated from Dinwiddie High School. She plans to attend Longwood University and major in Marketing.

Payton Faulkner, $1,000 Scholarship Recipient
A graduate of Prince George High School, Mr. Faulkner plans to major in Engineering at the James Madison University.

Emmanuel Sampson, $1,000 Scholarship Recipient
Mr. Sampson graduated from Colonial Heights High School. He plans to attend The College of William and Mary and major in Physics.
